Itinerary

Day 1Safaga To Luxor {East Bank}

08:00 AM Get picked up from your hotel Or Safaga Port by the tour representative.

09:00 Meet the Luxor private tour Egyptologist to start your day to see the sight in East Bank to the majestic Temple of Luxor. Afterward, see the sights of some of the greatest instances of reverence in history, including the Karnak Temples, which were constructed as a tribute to God Amon, his wife Mut, and their son Khonsu. Have a drive back to your hotel in Luxor and get some rest

Day 2Luxor (West Bank)

Followed by a refreshing breakfast, our vacation manager will pick you up to discover West Bank all around. First of all, you will visit the Valley of the Kings, where you witness the historical tombs of the kings of the new kingdom. After that, you visit the Hatshepsut temple, which is the only female temple in Egypt. This sacred architecture was erected by the daughter of Thutmosis I, the sovereign of Egypt for two decades during the 18th Dynasty (1490-1469 B.C). Queen Hatshepsut was the only ruling lady who had supremacy over ancient Egypt. Finally, call it a day with your trip to the Colossi of Memnon, which is considered the mortuary tomb of Amenhotep III. Later on,

you will be transferred to Your Hotel or Safaga Port

After a very difficult group bus tour to Cairo, we decided to choose another operator (Luxor Private Tour) to book a private one-day tour to Luxor and the Valley of the Kings. As it turned out, this was the best decision and an unforgettable experience for the whole trip to Egypt! We were picked up from a hotel in Hurghada at 5 am, from where we were brought to Luxor in 4 and a half hours. The road was very pleasant and comfortable, full of impressions: first, we drove through the desert, and then the Nile Valley, where you could see the local flavor and life of the locals. In Luxor itself, we were greeted by a very professional and classy guide, who showed us the Colossi of Memnon, the Temple of Hatshepsut, the Amazing Tombs of Tutankhamun, Ramses 3, Merenptah, and other pharaohs. We also visited a workshop where they make quality stone souvenirs where they bought a lot. Next, we had a very tasty lunch on a boat and crossing the Nile to visit the incredible Karnak Temple on the east bank. We left Luxor for Hurghada at 17:20, and at 21:50 we were already in Hurghada where we had time for dinner at the hotel. I want to thank the best driver Mohammed Ali who did everything to bring us in time and comfortably – an extremely nice and kind person! In general, the whole organization was at the highest level, so I recommend Luxor Private Tour to all couples and families with children who prefer comfort!

Our overnight Luxor trip out of Safaga port was scheduled on time with no waiting time whatsoever. The tour was exceptionally guided by Abdul Ali. All sites were escorted fully, and the restaurants were excellent. Our guide suggested a Hot Air Balloon that was not in our plans that turned out to be a major highlight of the visit. The driver was very good and always met us at the exit of all the sites. I highly recommend the tour and suggest the very knowledgeable, Mr. Abdul Ali and his Drivers.

My friends and I booked a 2-day tour in Luxor with Luxor Private Tour and were assigned to Rama. She was so nice and knowledgeable. She greeted us with so much enthusiasm and affection. Rama took us to restaurants with the best food! She spoke with so much knowledge not just about the history of each site, but also anything we asked her about Luxor and Egypt. She gave us tips on where to buy souvenirs such as high-quality oil, spices, jewelry, and stones.

She was a great guide with so much energy and we felt like she was a friend we hadn’t seen in years.

I hope to have her as a guide again next time I visit Egypt!

With having only two days in Egypt with our ship docking in Safaga Port, this tour is absolutely the best way to see the two most incredible cities in Egypt, Cairo, and Luxor. My wife and I could not imagine being in Egypt without seeing the Giza pyramids, the Egyptian Museum, the Valley of Kings, and the top sites and temples of Luxor. And to maximize this experience, having a private car and expert guides make it all possible. To say I recommend this tour is an understatement. The tour operator, Luxor Private Tour, and its manager, Ashraf Boraei went over and above to make this experience first class. The tour guides we had were amazing and made our trip to Egypt one of the most memorable we ever had.
